Our Web-based system allows you to coordinate all licensing activities between diverse and far-flung departments and locations.
- Your staff can work from anywhere, including home
Since the system is Web-based there is no need to install and maintain any software. You can work on the system from any computer that can access the Web with any browser.
- No need for individual check requests.
Filing multiple business license applications involves multiple check requests. Not only is it tedious and time consuming to request individual checks for each business license application, it is also expensive. Check requests can entail overhead costs of $15-$50 each, regardless of the check amount, with priority requests costing as high as $75. With our system you can forget check requests, since we cut the individual checks and request wires from your Accounts Payable Dept. directly, in aggregate sums, to cover multiple business license & permit applications. We cut separate checks for every application.
- Multiple users
As many users as you need can access the system as part of your subscription.
- Administrative management of multiple users
Each user within a company is assigned rights based on level. Thus, multiple users can be managed by higher level administrative users.
- Maintain your company profile
By maintaining a company profile, you can have the system auto-fill forms with repetitive data eliminating the need for you to repeatedly input the same data on multiple forms (coming soon).
- Multiple profiles
Each subscriber can have an unlimited number of profiles, to facilitate differing repeating data, such as multiple legal names, or multiple corporate entities, etc (coming soon).
- Form Drafts
If you want to stop working on a form while in the middle of filling it out, you can save it as a draft and come back to it later. Drafts are saved indefinitely.
- Attach your own documents
The system allows you to attach your own documents, like cover sheets, worksheets or other support documents that you want to file along with the business license application. Even if these documents are in paper form you can scan them and then attach them.
- Online archiving system
Using our online archiving system, your entire licensing history and all related documents are archived indefinitely for later access. You can also archive attached documents or other license-related documents that you want to safeguard along with the filed forms such as copies of the business license or permit or checks. We use the latest storage technology and the most secure facilities with backup and redundancy to safeguard your data.
- Priority coverage of your locations
While we currently cover all municipalities with a population of at least 5,000 people and some with lesser populations, you can request coverage of all the municipalities where you conduct business, if you are a subscriber of sufficient use.
- Custom coverage of forms that are outside the scope of our general coverage
While we currently include only business licenses, permits & tax registrations, you can request coverage of other license and permit types. If you are a subscriber of sufficient use and it is feasible we will custom cover these forms for you.
- Customized location news
You can create a customized list of locations for which we update you with license related news. Locations in which you applied for licenses & permits online are automatically added to your list of locations (coming soon).
